KdM12G系列12G-SDI矩陣為固化緊湊式和模塊化前插板式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),固化矩陣規(guī)模8×8~48×48,采用體積緊湊的2~6RU機(jī)箱,經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)惠,穩(wěn)定性高。
固化緊湊式矩陣采用前面板按鍵控制,輸入輸出按鍵一 一對(duì)應(yīng),面板具有 LED 顯示燈或者發(fā)光按鍵同步顯示狀態(tài),矩陣具有多個(gè)RS-232 控制串口,支持計(jì)算機(jī)、中控、外置面板等方式同時(shí)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)控制。
模塊插板式矩陣完全是由各個(gè)獨(dú)立模塊組裝而成,規(guī)模16×16~288×288,機(jī)箱高度從7U~14U,更大規(guī)??筛鶕?jù)客戶需要進(jìn)行定制。
系統(tǒng)支持帶電熱插拔,設(shè)備上架后無(wú)需更換整機(jī),不改變系統(tǒng)布線,只更換或增加相應(yīng)矩陣模塊即可完成矩陣的維護(hù)和升級(jí),極大的方便了系統(tǒng)故障判斷、維護(hù)、擴(kuò)容等。
雙電源系統(tǒng)采用冗余式熱備份設(shè)計(jì),全部采用熱備份一體化開關(guān)電源,雙電源模塊同時(shí)工作,互為熱備份。當(dāng)其中一個(gè)電源組件發(fā)生故障時(shí),另一個(gè)電源組自動(dòng)承擔(dān)全部工作,保證系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的連續(xù)性,極大地提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性。
可選雙控制系統(tǒng)采用主備系統(tǒng)控制模塊,當(dāng)主控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)生故障時(shí),備用控制系統(tǒng)繼續(xù)支持系統(tǒng)工作,不會(huì)影響系統(tǒng)的切換操作。
可選的雙交叉點(diǎn)模塊,提供了最大160×160的12G 1+1交叉點(diǎn)熱備份,極大的提高了系統(tǒng)的安全系數(shù)。
矩陣具有多個(gè) RS-232 控制串口,自帶獨(dú)立遙控面板,可選配 TCP/IP 接口,具有外同步信號(hào)接口,支持場(chǎng)逆程切換。
Product Description:
KdM12G series 12G-SDI matrix uses solidified and compact design, modular front insert plate structure. The matrix size can be 8×8 ~ 48×48, using compact 2~6RU chassis, which is economical and of high stability.
The compact matrix adopts the front panel key control, where input and output keys correspond to each other. The panel has LED display light or luminous key display synchronous with matrix’s state. The matrix has a number of RS-232 control serial ports, supporting computer, central control, external panel and other ways to simultaneously control the system.
Modular board matrix is completely assembled by each independent module. The scale size can be 16×16 ~ 288×288, chassis height 7U~14U, and larger scale can be customized according to customer needs.
The system supports hot plug-in. After the device is placed on the rack, there is no need to replace the whole device. Without changing the system wiring, the matrix module can be replaced or added to complete the maintenance and upgrade of the matrix, which greatly facilitates the system fault diagnosis, maintenance, and expansion.
The dual power supply system adopts the redundant hot backup design and adopts the integrated switching power supply for hot backup. Two power modules work simultaneously for mutual hot backup. When one of the power components fails, the other power automatically takes all the work, ensuring the continuity of the system operation and greatly improving the reliability of the system.
The optional dual control system uses the active/standby system control module. When the active control system fails, the standby control system continues to support the system without affecting switching operations.The matrix has a number of RS-232 control serial ports, with an independent remote control panel, optional TCP/IP interface, an external synchronization signal interface, and it supports field reverse switching.
